THE ASK Produce an emotionally charged sizzle for EPE Cycleworks’ social media campaign in conjunction with event/experiential display.
The biggest challenge was filming close-ups of a motorcycle ripping down the expressway through tunnels at ludicrous speeds. In most instances, the bike wasn’t even running. It was stationary while lights around it spun quickly and the camera vibrated on a spring plate. Practical, in-camera visual effects are some of my favorite aspects of this job, presenting tactile, believable images while nixing the big-ticket line-items of post production costs.
